  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining files and records.
  • Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties
  • General administration duties, photocopying, filing, I-card etc
  • Data entry into internal systems Receive letters, packages, couriers etc. and distribute them. Maintaining Courier register
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check,sort and forward emails.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Keep updated records and files
  • Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.
  • Attending candidates/visitors coming to the office.
