- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records.
- Answering all incoming calls / emails and re-routing them to relevant parties
- General administration duties, photocopying, filing, I-card etc
- Data entry into internal systems Receive letters, packages, couriers etc. and distribute them. Maintaining Courier register
- Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
- Check,sort and forward emails.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitoring stationary stock and reordering when required.
- Attending candidates/visitors coming to the office.
